Do my product variants count toward the limit?
No. You pay per parent product, not per variant - a garment with 10 sizes is a single passport.
What counts toward my plan limit?
Each product passport you create. Retired products keep their passport live for the legal 10-year period, so on the metered plans those still count - which is exactly why the Unlimited plan exists for high-turnover catalogues.
What happens to my passports if I retire or delete a product?
The passport stays online and its printed QR keeps working for the full 10-year retention period the EU ESPR requires. Deleting the product in Shopify does not take it offline.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
