Account Requirements

To use DPPro, you must: - Have an active Shopify store - Provide accurate business information - Maintain the security of your account - Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Subscription and Billing

- Subscription fees are billed through Shopify - Prices may change with 30 days notice - Refunds are handled per Shopify's policies - Downgrading may limit access to certain features

Data Accuracy

You are responsible for: - The accuracy of compliance data you provide - Ensuring your products meet EU regulatory requirements - Updating passport information when changes occur - Verifying that all claims are truthful and substantiated

Intellectual Property

- DPPro retains all rights to the app and its features - You retain ownership of your product data - QR codes and passport pages are licensed for your use - You may not reverse engineer or copy our services

Limitation of Liability

DPPro is provided "as is." We are not liable for: - Regulatory non-compliance due to inaccurate data you provide - Business losses from service interruptions - Third-party claims regarding your products - Indirect or consequential damages

Termination

- You may uninstall the app at any time - We may terminate service for terms violations - Passport data is retained per EU requirements (10 years) - Upon termination, public URLs remain active for compliance

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state where our company is registered.
